RA-3D interactive patient visualisation tool

This tool was developed by AbbVie’s Medical Affairs team. It’s purpose is to enhance communication between the health professional and person with RA, and positively impact disease understanding, illness perceptions and medication necessity beliefs, thereby supporting adherence to recommended management.

The tool and its different components can be tailored by the health professional according to each individual patient’s specific disease status, level of education and level of current understanding.

The concepts included in this RA-3D tool could also be used with patients who have other types of arthritis.

The tool is not intended to be patient led at this point of time, but rather the health professional is to provide verbal explanation alongside the visual representation.

You can view the RA-3D Video demo online.
